What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are a standard $5.00 rate with delivery conformation and tracking. Any orders of or more then $75.00 will receive free shipping.
What shipping method do you use?
Your order will be shipped USPS Ground about 24 hours after you have placed your order.
How long is the delivery time?
3-5 business days once your ornament is shipped.
What is the processes time?
This depends on if we have your ornament in stock if so I ship that day but if not it will be shipped with in two to three business days of you ordering your ornament. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on how it takes you to decide on what you want and the time it will take to order those materials.
What is your return policies?
If you decide for any reason that you want to return your recant purchase you have ten business days from the date at which you received your purchase. All returns must be shipped back in original condition and I will refund your money except for the shipping costs.
What type payments do we take?
You can pay with any major credit card, Debit or through your PayPal account.
